I got my replacement, and it’s already broken. It won’t pump at all. I only used it a couple of times.

Our corkgenius just up and stopped working. The support team was quick to respond, super helpful, and laid out the steps for getting a replacement. Everything was handled pretty swiftly.

I got two cork genius openers, and neither of 'em works at all. Previously, the ones I bought did the job just fine. But these last two? Nope, not working one bit.

Recently, my cork remover just up and stopped working. I shot an email over to Cork Genius asking for a replacement. All I needed to do was send a pic of the faulty one. Before long, my new cork remover showed up in the mail. I really appreciate how Cork Genius supports their products.

I really dig our Cork Genius—it's both easy to use and a blast! After my first one stopped working after about 6 months of heavy use, I contacted customer support. They informed me about the lifetime warranty and promptly sent a replacement. However, after putting this new one through its paces, it also gave up on me. I reached out again, and they still honored their warranty. The only bummer is having to wait to pop open a bottle for myself or my guests without the Cork Genius. It truly brings a smile to my face (and my guests too)!

This company appears to be pulling a fast one on unsuspecting buyers.

Their cork machine seems either badly designed or just poorly made. They appear to offer subpar products and are likely trying to recover their expenses.

They promote a "buy one, get one free" deal, banking on the chance that at least one will function. If both fail, customers are left with the choice of accepting the "lifetime warranty" that their support team pushes or paying to send back the faulty items.

DELIBERATELY SENDING DEFECTIVE ITEMS FOR CASH IS FRAUD.

They’re just after your cash, plain and simple. Their product is a "looks nice, doesn’t function" Chin-I-fied scam that might work by sheer luck.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS AND DON’T HAND OVER YOUR MONEY.

My corkgenius quit on me, so I shot over a pic to the company, and they quickly sent me a replacement! Super simple and fast warranty service! Really impressive these days! Big thanks to Corkgenius!!!

We were really looking forward to using it after tossing out our old fancy ones. Last night, we attempted to pop open a bottle and what a letdown. We ended up borrowing a camping hand screw type from someone. Voila! It worked! Cheers! Now, maybe it was due to one of those fake corks. Could that have been the issue??

Gotta say, I'm really into my Air Jet bottle opener. When it broke, getting a replacement was a breeze. Just sent a pic (to show I had it), and they sent me a new one for free in no time.

I'd give it a solid 5 stars, but unfortunately, I gotta say it’s not a top-notch product. From what I've seen, it had a failure rate of 3 out of 5, or 60%.

I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because it comes with a lifetime warranty. They just send you a replacement. Honestly, it feels like they don’t have any quality assurance or a return policy in place.

The issue is that with 3 of the units, pumping was a struggle at the start. It looks like the inner seal gets out of place and doesn’t hold up, so no air gets pumped. It just doesn’t work, and I’m not sure if it’s a lubrication issue or what.

This company really backs its product!! I reached out regarding my cork opener, and the rep was super professional and friendly, replacing my wine opener without any hassle. Awesome wine opener!!

The support team was fantastic. They responded quickly and resolved my issue immediately! Unfortunately, the product didn’t live up to expectations. I had a regular wine bottle in my fridge, and while it felt cool at first, that sensation faded fast. By the time I poured my second glass, the wine was already getting warm. I was really let down, and by the end of the bottle, I just ended up putting it back in the fridge. It’s a great idea, but the execution is lacking. I regret buying four of these and giving them as gifts. It’s kinda embarrassing.

After a few pieces in our cork remover kit broke down sooner than expected, the team at Corkgenius quickly got back to us. Within just a few days, we received brand new replacements. They were super friendly and truly cared about making sure we were happy. In short, they really 'made it right' and we couldn't be happier.

I can't recall where I first spotted the ad, but I jumped on it immediately, and so far, it's been a great experience. I had mine swapped out, and the service, overall experience, and communication were top-notch. I've already given one to my cousin, but I'm picking up another for my boss lady :)

I absolutely adore this item! I picked up three of 'em and have been using one for a year. Never ran into any issues until recently, but I reached out to customer support with a quick pic of the issue, and within a week, I received my replacement cork genius. I even thought about grabbing a few more as Christmas presents.
